After completing
the Nottingham
half marathon,
I felt on top of the world, the next day my knees were sore and I found it difficult to bend them - a quick call to Thera-people and an appointment was made.

Julie explained about the muscles surrounding the knee and how she could treat them. She talked about how the Hivamat machine would work, what she would be doing and how it would help me - after the 20 minute session I couldn't believe the difference. The soreness in my knees had just disappeared, I felt relaxed and ready to run another marathon.
